I am in nursing program right now and we were told first month is boot camp. Well the month is over but doesn't look like boot camp is over..it is very intense and lot of studying. If you have any problem in your life, working all the time..I think you really need to free yourself from all these and just focus on studying 24-7...all the best!

I start nursing assistant school in September 13th and then I am going for the BSN, but I Must take bioligy, chemistry , etc first and get good grades in order to enter to the BSN program.

Don't worry, the degree is totally useless today. Nobody will hire a new grad and the market is flooded with new grads and "stale grads". Better start thinking of a career change because your job will be filled by a filipino. RN--BSN=useless degree. Google "RN New Grad no jobs" to see what I mean.

Nice video! I went through all the same processes and steps that you mentioned here. Next week I'll start my last semester (consolidation) in hospital and I'll be a real nurse within half year. Even though Nursing is tough but I really love my job. Highly recommend to everyone who is interested getting into the program!

Yes around that much but not within 1 semester. That quantity of the books are the sum total. Actually I didn't buy all because the text books are too complicated compare to the notes. haha. Besides, you have to buy uniforms and some other equipments such as stethoscope and blood pressure machine.

good luck with nursing school Im in my 4th semester in a BSN program in Florida.... The first semester is kinda crazy but.. u seem like a smart guy... you'll be ok. Patho is difficult but gets easier as the semester progresses. FYI you really wont make alot of beds as a real nurse...lol
