Rain would basically work as it does IRL, it would fall on a specific area and add water to the tiles that are below the "clouds". So basically if it rains above a lake, it would refill a lake and then it would flow from the lake downhills.
Right now the simulation is running too fast, mostly because of me wanting to debug faster and not having to wait.

Quick Question, if it rains, can it flood the whole place, or is it limited to certain areas?
