That would be very illegal for the average citizen. Hope they have the correct permits for that. I am not just talking about having an automatic weapon either. Push button trigger on a fire arm is not legal as far as I know for the average citizen.

Even though I do agree they should have put Helicopter instead of plane, helicopters do have wings (There the main blades). Airplanes can stay in one spot too. Its called hovering.

Meh I think its a good thing you can shoot people who trespass... It discourages trespassing. Then again I'm also one of those people who thinks every passenger on a plane should have a gun to discourage highjacking. Outlaw guns and only outlaws will have guns. One thing to remember though if you shoot someone on your property, kill them otherwise you'll get sewed, then call the police and an ambulance after a few well placed shots to the head and no responcibility is on you.
