Are you using a compellor for the AGC? I think the Inovonics AGC is too slow. I used a Dominator II for the limiting but I didn't find any benefit to using 3 bands for limiting instead of 2. Now, the 250 is all the processing I use.
That isn't the transmitter, that is a demodulator. With this piece of equipment it is possible to measure your deviation of the total MPX signal (75kHz), pilotlevel and also the rds level. The used transmitter is a RVR tex20
