@InciteFitness What's the injury risk like when you're doing the Baseball grip?
I succeeded in doing the muscle up with the standard grip (thanks to your tips on the Negative muscle up and more), but I 'cheated' by pushing off more with one hand than the other. After doing like ten of those over a few days, my shoulders and elbows got a bit messed up. Not just sore, they were clicking and locking up. So, I was wondering if there were any injury prevention tips you could give me. Thanks!
@fletchforward thanks man. I did an X MU for the video, but my legs were so messy they came higher than the bar at one point haha. I had a go at Jay/Lee's challenge - I couldn't get close to your 25 man!

@keko5596 i would the standard grip since its using both biceps and back in the first part and i guess that make it easier
