Yes, human do not have much genetic variation. Unfortunately, it seems that the messages in the video are not well understood and many comments demonstrate that racism is culturally constructed. That means that many of us have cultural belief that we are most advanced and some other groups of people are inferior. But any groups of people are genetically, biologically, or culturally inferior. We should not judge other people and cultures based on our cultural standard.

People of any color can have, or not have, technology, simply because technology is a special instance of property: they can have, or not have property, which has absolutely nothing to do with ability or hard work. it is the inherent minor differences that separate us, and they are not superficial.. Racism isn't really based on differing skin tones.. it's based on the gap in cultural capabilities.. Even if Africans are '99% identical' they have proven to be far behind the rest of the races in terms of scientific & political development.. Arabs, cluster very close to whites genetically, anthropologists recognize that they have Caucasoid cranium, Caucasoid hair and Caucasoid bodytype and they're classified as Caucasoids. They are like white people with a tan. Whilst if Negroids or Mongoloids were to be bleeched, you would notice that they look nothing like a white person (albinos). And it has a similar shape to Europeans, very different from Mongoloids or Negroids.
Their lips are thinner than both Negroids and Mongoloids and can range from as thick as European lips to as thin as European lips. Anthropologists classify them as Caucasians because of the same bonestructure. Arabs are not mixed. Egyptians for an example are one of the most homogenous populations in Africa, which mixed in the latter dynasties.
