2.Yeah it depends what ure into for an mmo it has a story which i find allot of mmos dont have also it has quite interesting weapon system and stuff. Its also an action mmo So basically it doesn't use a tageted click and slash battle system and somthing that relys more on a propper combo system fused with dashes double jumps and specials. Id advise you give it a go if u havn't played an action mmo before.

i dont think there is an english version yet , the only game gamekiss have atm is freestyle basketball though they say they are working on ghost x
