Indians are different in different parts of the country, up north they are white and got looks ranging from nordic to meditteranean, south they are lot more dark skinned and look black, people in middle are generally brown and in north east they have oriental look, hair colour and eye colour also varies in diff part of India!

My grandmother was 1/4 Cherokee and she was dark and very beautiful. Her mother was 1/2 and looked full blooded and a very beautiful women. not bashing these women but you have to realize them being bollywood celebrities, when they take pictures in the studio, the photographer uses something called PHOTOSHOP to make them look better than they normally would(if you bumped into them in real life)...this holds true for all women and people. camera, lighting, and photoshop can make an average person look attractive and a good looking person look stunning!
