  • there are so many dislikes cos malays are generally lazy and proud people, they cant take any form of criticism and would dearly try to punish the bloke thats trying to help them improve. they belong in the jungle, not right letting them live in cities

  • song please

  • โยนลงถ้าเป็นคนคงคอหัก

  • Chuck Norris unloads planes by snapping them in half and tipping the passengers and cargo out.

  • i ll allowed them to do this lk that,, if got important things/ Fragile materials,, pls dn not put in yr baggage.. some airlines use conveyor belt also throw the bag... becoz all this bag are heavy,, the worker need to handles all this bag whole the day,,.. u know how many bag arrv in 1day time.. if the workers take and put down the all the bag slowly and carefully,, after few hundred bag everyday,, than he will have back pain..

if u ever do the job,, than u knw that..

  • that is why i dont want to take air asia.....

  • @harizansan So you mean MAS won't do like that stuff? Then who can explain why my bag handling are broken on a short flight on MAS?

  • for u all information...this is all video...n our air asia mab has make new law...wanna know further....come air asia..n see how ramp at air asia working...u wont see that mistake again.....i am from air asia kuala lumpur...want to say..so sorry to all passenger that see this video..this is all mistake..all people make mistake....sorry for my bad english..

  • very rude!!

  • ทำไมโยนกระเป๋าแรงจังเลยมากๆๆด้วย

  • this looks normal.

Dont put so much junk in your baggage

  • no matter high or low cost flight we buy with money and they shouldn't do like that.

  • Most other airlines I see around the world use luggage belts which gets the bags from the plane to the ground instead of throwing them.

  • @danielpurser Then Air Asia will make us pay for bag handling :P but yea, i had a broken handle and a crack wheel thanks to their careless-ness.. It doesnt matter if its a low cost airline or not, but passengers baggage should be handled with care.. sigh..

  • @danielpurser So? After the baggage handlers "Gently" placing bags on the cart, drive them into the terminal. After that, baggage handlers will toss your bag into the conveyor belt and several machines beating and pounding bags until it reach the luggage collection hall. Eventually this is how people often complain about broken luggage. FYI, it wasn't airline fault for mistreating bags. Airport operators are the one who was suppose to taking care of your bags and airlines trust them.

  • If you want better treatment to your luggage, then you should fly Business Class or even First Class.

  • @waisee80 Business Class and First Class bags go in the same holds as coach bags and are handled throughout the system by the same people you guys like to bi*ch about all the time in these videos. Only difference is you're paying several times more for the privilige of having your bags used and abused. (;-)

  • no wonder the stuff is always broken when i get home... Wankers !!!

  • I paid $20 for my flight and these bastards just threw my underpants and socks down three feet. How could they???

  • if u want excellent 5 star good service THEN WHY R U FLYING AIR ASIA?

    noob

  • Oh God what if someone packed a valuable crystal vase or something???

  • Only in Malaysia

  • Everybody does this...

  • OMG.....

  • Nothing wrong with what these guys are doing. If anyone wants to ship something fragile, they ought to do it on an air freight company that packages & handles fragile items regularly and with proper insurance. Most baggage is just clothes.

  • @nesokretep when you buy coffee would you like it to be served in a cup and placed carefully in front of you, or would you preffer getting it steaming hot right between your eyes?

P.S.: The luggages, briefcases, suitcases, bags... can get broken too. I'm sure not everybody wants to buy a new one after every flight.

  • @cc8277 -- Yes. I see your point. Dropping a cloth bag full of cloth down three feet is just like throwing steaming hot coffee in someone's eyes. I hadn't realized that.

And you're right ... you can see that these bags are all being broken, too. It's awful.

Any bag that has anything happen to it other than being treated like a baby can be expected to just burst open and spill its contents all over the place.

On the other hand, maybe some people should just whine less.

  • Isn't it time someone invented a machine to do this job quickly and carefully?

  • fucking useless video and uploader ://

  • yes i did

  • poor thing @danielpurser, this is not happen in AirAsia only. it's just everywhere across the globe!

  • I give you the last word cry baby!! go to my inbox and tell me in broken english shutfuckup eat from my bum!!

  • These guys are actually being quite gentle...

  • fuck say they dont care

  • Yeah mate these guys arent too bad ;) ive seen much much worse :(

I like the music though :)

  • Good JOB!!!!!!!

  • So what's the big deal??? They either don't have a belt, either it's broken or this must be rush hour so belts are too busy. So you people can either wait hours to get your bags or thank these guys for taking the initiative to unload the bags anyway just to not keep you waiting... You gotta know what you want!!! You're never happy. You would want your bags immediately after you arrive in the baggage reclaim area and you don't want them to be crushed? Well that's IMPOSSIBLE.

  • U guys r so stupid...if theres 1000 bags....cud u put it nicely one by one?bila bag lambat, passangers all bising...that's why u have to put FRAGILE....if your bag is too FRAGILE...i bet u will do the same if u r in their place.....Air Asia is better than Moroccan Airline...duhhhh...

  • Look, these are the same guys that manufacture your electronics for cents on a dollar. Their man-power is unbeatable so cost of operating a belt-loader would probably be more expensive than paying some guys to do the same job.

  • I never fly!!! fuck the whole industry!! and fuck YOU TOOO!!

  • @muddack i know how stupid u are..u are f**K man!!

  • @amerhuzairy100 double loads to your mom!! do yourself a favor don't die a virgin! BOOM PLANE BOMB!!! have a nice flight.

  • @amerhuzairy100 you have nothing to say!! you just comment to people who have something to say. hey look!!! Tsunami, Volcano, earthquake, cell phone bomB!! I throw your sister around like baggage!!

  • @muddack just shut up.! what i care???

  • @amerhuzairy100 I give you the last word cry baby!! go to my inbox and tell me in broken english shutfuckup eat from my bum!!

  • @muddack so...u just go hell with obama

  • thats not bad ive seen alot worse

  • Fuck you air asia

  • @thesevenghost oooo....f to

  • I feel so bad for these guys, no belt loader? WTF man.

  • i don't see a problem here, isn't this why budget airline always encourage you to have hand carry luggage?

Anw, opt for full service airline if you can't see your luggage being thrown,

  • hand carry ftw

  • this is indeed ridiculous, this is not hw most airlines handle luggage..

  • if you think that all airasia staff is like those 2 guys.....so don't use airasia. if it makes u guys happy...

  • bad baggage handling no matter the work conditions. you still ought to handle baggage properly. if i grab their fragile stuff and slam it to the ground they will be angry too

  • not all of airasia ground staff do this kind of thing....so don't try to frame the others because of those two guys....

  • That's air Asia problem for not employing enough workers and crap management that over stress the workers. And this does not mean that passengers luggages can be ill treated...irresponsible Barbarian acts buy throwing passenger's luggages as such...monkeys

  • b'coz we must work in turnaround time..25 minute b'4 departure....do u know ramp boys have a back illnes b'coz work at airlines...hundred fligh too handle in 1 day..and management pressure n equipment is suck....no safety around, danger waiting us....better u see properly n compare others airlines in malaysia...airasia so buzy!!!!!

  • Comment removed

  • When i waited at the baggage reclaim i saw a baggage with fragile tape around the baggage is 50 % being damaged!

  • Ya, it's really terrible. My brand label for my Pierre Cardin got ripped out. Now it has become a "brand-less" luggage bag.

  • RM 20 is for ur checked in luggage fees or carrier fees.. is not that the RM20 is to look for ur luggage.

  • Oh my Louis Vuitton luggage!! T__________T

  • then why should i pay RM20 for luggage fee??

  • ive seen Qatar...much much worse

  • every airlines also do it the same way. conveyor will more damage to your luggage surface.

  • wat the fxxk !!!

    this is malaysia....

  • patut jugalah luggage aku rosak...

  • perghhh main campak je..ingat lempir ke apa..ke cuti canai

  • at least... air asia won the best low cost airlines in the world for two years... if they didnt do the best... they will not receive the award...

n one more thing... this is only temporary terminal..new lcc terminal will be opened in 2012... n im pretty sure it'll be the same with klia's staff... dont worry...

  • this is just you see at airasia but none had seen in the main airport where the bags was seperate according to flights

  • The music makes this funny rofl

  • They do the same thing to trumpets, trombons, and french horns.. haha

  • wow. some ppl who disagree here actually want their bag being thrown? hope your stuff gets broken the next time you fly.

  • They should just put all the bags on a conveyor and drop them straight onto a truck. This can reduce costs and make airasia tickets even cheaper for these cheap-ass whiney malaysians and use the savings to buy good quality luggage bags.

  • View This....

    youtube.com/watch?v=iComRv_907Q

  • this looks just fine & they are handling them FAST !!!...

25 mintues to unload & re-load all luggages...

omGosh!!!.. hard sweat work staff... under the HOT sun in Malaysia... =)

    keep this speed up!!!.

  • If u think it's wrong why don't u apply to be a ramp staff and try what they're doin..it's not easy..and FYI the turn around time for air asia is just 25mins..they have to unload all luggage and upload all in just few mins..i don't think so that there are any airline's ramp staff that will handle ur luggage gently 1 by 1..it's ridiculous..

  • Airasia ramp staffs no PRO at all? How can they non stop getting the awards ???

  • cheap airline with the cheap service LOL..their CEO should experience himself then tell us how he feel.. =.=

  • If you think you can buy Air Asia's insurance to secure the damage to your belongings, you're dead wrong! Read the fine print carefully and you will fine a line that says the damage payment is up the "company's discretion".

  • i see no problem there...

  • I don't see difference between Malaysia Airlines and AirAsia baggage handler. Of course, I do saw Malaysia Airlines handler toss bags and luggage into aircraft belly with unpleasant face. Plus, some of the bags weight over 40kg! Do some of you think these workers will gently pick up the bags and place them into cargo compartment?

  • That's why it is cheap ! So don't complain laaa.... Want to complain, go & take MAS Airline ! HAhahaha

  • actually, their doing just fine... if u watch US baggage handlers, its more rougher and longer throws than this... at least this, they just seem to "drop" the bag rather than throwing it to the luggage cart

  • looks ok to me..

  • You obviously have no clue whatsoever about aviation.

  • All airline do the same things... you complain about slow luggage handling, thats what u get.... why dont you try doin it urself with 1000++ luggages per day....

  • They're doing just fine... :)

  • Malays same as those F'in Singaporians. All dicks and a holes. Think they run the world and seem to always have a stick rammed up their ass.

  • fuck i knw now...dmn...this the reason why my baggage mostly always damage...even i always using fragile sticker...fuck u...

  • Airasia , now everybody can fly.. as the result ! like that ! NEED TO IMPROVE ! MORE COURSE FOR THEM AND TRAIN MORE !

  • 呢d究竟係行李定垃圾!大家記住寄行李係額外收费!俾咗錢gar!廉價航空就可以咁??????

  • Ya Bastard MALYSIAN GO AND EAT SHIT FUCKING AGONG!

  • @Fujitsu345 you just eat ur shit and give it to your EMPEROR!!!!!!

  • yeah... let the whole world know this, since no one listen to us.

  • you made me laugh, the music is just classic hahaha

  • its happen in Dubai Int Airport... ;(((

  • just put ur clothes inside the bag..

the valuable stuffs, just bring another bag to carry on..

  • banting truz...Air Asia malaysial!!!

  • What is the problem here? Do you know how hard it is to carry those 20+ kg bags all day? If you would put them down one by one your back would break in a month or two. I suggest that you try it before you comment. (no this is not my job).

  • yes i do understand how heavy they are! but if there is a damage to the baggage, who will be responsible for this?

because i heard that air asia will only exchange it w/ money! (not much)

  • Well yes, you can only get some money. My advice. Don't put anything breakable/ valuable in your luggage. Put breakable things in between clothing and liquids in plastic bags.

Prevention is always better. I've seen people put whole LCD TV's in the luggage section. I think they are asking for it.

  • oke thanks! it helps me a lot, because i will fly air asia next month and i was afraid of my baggage ( i read many blogs telling me that air asia is careless in baggage handling!)

  • Previously I was flying with Malaysia Airlines and I found that my bags are damaged too. My friends told me that this do happen on most international airport like Denver International Airport.

  • yup, i think so. because they have to handle a lot of baggage.

  • Well, ever heard of a conveyor belt???

  • Conveyor belt works when baggage handler take out bags from the plane and put bags on the belt. So it has no different.

  • UNBELIEVEABLE!!! how can they throw baggage irresponsibly like that??

  • @theairlineslover92

Where i come from responsibility shows on your paycheck. More responsibility equals more pay. Now guess the size of these guys paycheck... and you have the answer to your question right there.

  • OMG,all KINDA STUFF GONNA DMG

  • waloooo eh like tat olso can a ? better i take on hands ...

  • plz dont blame the whole airasia for this...baggage r handle by ramp department...

we try to do our best in providing low fare airlines...

  • ok yan ginawa nila sa bagahe !

  • to those who condemned air asia's method of handling their baggage...next time u travel with that airline, make sure u dont pack ur crystal chandelier in ur baggage (sarc.). it's a budget airlines, what do u expect? first class treatment for a USD20 dollar fare?

  • no wonder I cant switch on my laptop....

  • I have had enough of prick complaining about the baggage handlers lets see why .

Firstly lets see whay we have low cost carriers they can only make money if they are in the air so that meens less time on the ground .

So that meen,s less time to get your baggage inside to you in the terminal .

So lets have a look at the operation of a A320 with 180 pax on board plane lands 0800 at 0809 the first 100 bags need to be in the termional to you ok so then the second amount of bags have to be in at .

  • THE total amount of time for the turn around is 22 mins from arrival to push back 200 bags on 200 bgas of plus around 1500 kg of cargo as well loaded buy hand of course no w if the winging public want to complain about the way there bag is thrown then we will slow down and take our time and then prices go up SO YOU GET THE PICTURE DONT BITE THE HAND THAT FEEDS YOU OR YOU CAN FUCKING WALK .......

  • if this is ur attitude, then, you should QUIT ur job.... u r not a professional employee... unethical....!! u show that airasia should not keepn u as u;re speaking through emo.... REALLY UNETHICAL!!!!

  • according to the rules , u are not allowed to put electronic devices inside the check-in luggage .

  • but still LCCT let it pass through the scanner....

  • Its the same. In Heathrow Airport, losing and damaged bags are even common than KLIA which makes Heathrow Airport as the worst airport ever.

  • @Danielyeoh5885 Have you ever flown with KLM into Amsterdam, Schipol?

  • No I did not fly to Amsterdam before.

  • Amsterdam with KLM is way way worse than LHR.

  • I see, that might be a bad luck for you. But Forbes and other magazines told me that LHR earn that bad name from its statistics.

  • mmm......the early days of T5 support those statistics more. Not to bad know though.

  • Guys do anyone here had shown the video to the Air Asia department in-charge of it? This is bad service of handling luggage as Tony himself do at all times provides good luggage service by himself...

  • air asia sucks

  • this is not airasia staff .. this is ground-service crew ...

  • its the same shit , they are fucking Baggage.

  • what song is that ??? :D I love it !

  • This is what happens to your bags when you fly with airliners that use narrow-bodied aircraft like Airbus A319/320 or Boeing 737. Your bags are not packed in cargo pallets when you fly in narrow-bodied aircraft.

  • choose Malaysia Airlines...they treat ur lugage like a baby....very gentle...MH Forever!!!

  • ahhahahahaah REALLY WELL MALAYSIAN DONT HANDEL THERE AIRCRAFT IN AUSTRALIA QANTAS DO AND THEY ARE NOT HANDELED WELL MATE .

  • every airlines does this so dont be a whiny asshole

  • Not all airline dude... only Low Cost Carrier.

  • @fluxevz thats true even Australian airport workers does same thing

  • Yeah, my bag was damaged with them, AT LEAST use a conveyor belt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • This is considered very okkk...wait till u see the clip of other airlines throwing ur bags high up in the air...playing catch and throw with u bags...

  • Now, who will pay the damage of my 10kgs of cocain that I had in those bags???????????

  • it happens to all airline la, so many bags they have to handle every flight and u expect them to have TLC with ur bags? keep dreaming :P

  • goshhh why need to throw the bag?

  • Uncivilized people do the uncivilized thing.....

  • Which song is it? :)

  • This is SOP on all airlines everywhere, checked backage unless clearly marked as fragile will be handled like this. Fragile stickers are no guarantee though.

  • @HEXtaC This is why I never use the baggage, I used to use it but they broke it once and don't want to take responsible from it even I claim insurance still same.

  • @HEXtaC ALL checked bagage will be handled like this. And the bagagehandlers arent the baddies here... the automatic sorting systems in the airports are! And i assure you... the automatic sorting systems dont know how to read a FRAGILE sticker.

  • it is not only happpen in airasia.. most of the commercial aircraft company also like this...

  • stupid services

from now on dont ever ever ever ever ever ever use airasia

    USE MALAYSIA AIRLINES

    for more better

  • OMG!!!! If i put my LV bag in it and they throw like this,i need them to pay me the whole plane lol

  • We have to ask them to compesate.

  • huh patut lah habis pecah semua barang..walaupun kene tax mahal n tampal sticker senang pecah..menyesal naik air asia...lepas ni naik MAS pulak tengok..

  • thats why this is a low-cost airlines

compliments with a low class service

my bag also torn already due to those careless workers

  • I was previously with a ground handling company and I dare say that, as bad as it seems, the two are already very "gentle". If you have a chance, have a look at those in Middle East airports.

That's why I am not bothered with using expensive luggage.

  • Air Asia Baggage Handling Techniques is very bad service... make spoil a lot passenger baggage...

  • that is common practice throughout Asia...
