When I watch Dame using all this foul language among these professionals and feeling like he can't express himself without constantly using profanity I can SEE why Jay cut ties with him. The dude has no people-skills whatsoever. He might be a marketing genius but genius isn't enough. You've got to have some people-skills in order to make it in a corporate environment. Jay is simply too refined and educated for this cat, and Beanie, and Memphis, and Kareem and all the rest of them.
