You use the same idea in the video. Move that decimal point in 0.09 so it becomes 9 (two times). Do the same for the decimal in 0.054 (two times) so it becomes 5.4. Now divide them 5.4 / 9.

Pretend that 5.4 is 54 and divide it by 9......so 54 divided by 9 equals 6. Now put the decimal point back in so 54 becomes 5.4 again.......and 6 becomes 0.6 final answer.
