  • This is so vital. Thank you for the work you are doing. Best, Judymay

  • Would you get the same amount of proteins from an egg, if you cook it? Or does it have more proteins if you eat them raw? I really need an answer to this. Thank you!

  • Thank you so much for making this video its real balanced and there needs to be more videos like this.

  • haha alot of ppl walking in the background

  • Once the raw food hits the stomach it is cooked with hydrochloric acid therefore the really isn't a single raw foodist out there! Any enzymes are destroyed during this... only our own enzymes aid in digestion.

  • @MikeLockard Well that can't be accurate or complete. If there was no difference than all the benefits(below) wouldn't occur;

-- Us Raw-foodists notice smoother skin, fat-loss. more energy, getting rid of diseases(fibromyalgea, diabetes, My tinnitus went away after 18 years.)

And most of us report "smiling for no reason"

  • Why is it that vegitarian body builders which sometimes assimilate more nutrients into their bodies have a more difficult time gaining muscle?

  • @jm463 The only reason that can happen is the hormones in meat.

Also, some of that muscle is acturally fat & water retention. And meat-eaters are more likely to have more of that.

  • So if i put a raw fish in the ground .... kidding :p nice vid .

  • I eat healthy food and I admire healthy food. Have no problems with apetite I eat well and all that but... I think I need a little more weight. I'm 19, 182cm tall but have only 60-65kg. I think that's beacuse of my metabolism for I don't eat lesser than avarage or heavier persons and I'm very energetic. Is there any way I can increase my weight?

  • You don't NEED the weight, but if you WANT it:

    1. lift weights

    2. nuts, seeds, avocados

    3. variety

  • @Gary1111001 Good advice. I've gone raw & I lost more weight than I wanted. I'm lifting weights now & I've come to realise it isn't weight that's important, it's strength. Most people who are heavy are just carrying morbid fat.

  • @whitbyjet65 ...And their muscle is "Marbled" with fat.

    I'm now 95% raw for 2 years

    Vegan for 16 years

    Feeling better = happier

    My tinnitus went away

  • @Gary1111001 I went raw to heal Ulcerative colitis. Doctors told me it was impossible but since going raw, my colon has healed. It's hard at times because I loved pasta & beer etc but it's also an exciting adventure. I'm building a 'new me'.
