That would amount to 10,000 acres (out of 500,000). That would be nothing. For a KEnyan who earns KES 1 million, if he decided to donate only 2% of that to charity, that would be KES 20,000. It wouldn't change his lifestyle one bit for the worse.

See 1:21- 1:23 .She believes that she is entitled to land irregularly allocated from public Trust which was illegal even during Kenyatta time. Defrauding Public trust has never been legal. The culture of getting things for free runs deep in the Kenyan political class. It will only take a revolution by the Kenyans to force the Judiciary to follow the rule of law.
