it's a staph infection and not a spider bite. the vast majority of spider bite claims are actually just regular bacterial infections which have become quite common in recent years.

Next time you get something like that use a hot rag as hot as you can take it to rap arond the hard part to soften it up and squeeze it really hard after you get it all out put proxide in the hole and keep it clean.

This is no spider bite but a parasitic botfly larva, you must be careful not to damage it but pull it out in one go with tweezers. If it gets damaged and retracts into the flesh you're in for a nasty infection. If it happens again, cover up the wound with adhesive tape for a day (the larva breathes through the hole) which causes it to emerge partly. The pull it out, rinse and clean thoroughly and go see your local doctor
