  • i hate red color

  • I like this song I recent bought bigfoot and I used lie before visoners and inhoumnds

  • It was taken from the earliest Charlie Brown/Peanuts videos. And, of course, Media Home Entertainment had to make 3 sub-labels. And, later, the Charlie Brown/Peanuts VHS re-releases from by Paramount. Then later, on Blu-ray by Warner Home Video.

  • This was on the Pee-Wee's Playhouse Christmas Special.

  • That was the scariest animated shoe I'd ever seen. At least that is what I thought in the late 1980s.

  • I remember being in California, renting Charlie Brown episodes from the local Blockbuster Video store, and Hi-Tops would be the video distributor for those shows.

I was wondering the other day if anyone had posted this, and sure enough..I was right.

  • This is the best! One of my favorite bumpers. I'd always see this before watching "IT's the Easter Beagle, Charlie Brown"! Gotta love those old Hi-Tops videos!

  • I saw this on Teddy Ruxpin videos! I love Teddy Ruxpin!

  • This logo was used on various video releases of popluar cartoons during 1986-1988.

  • To quote some random voice from a random volume of Dance Dance Revolution: "You are too cool!"

  • I know that my little sis' Baby Songs trilogy tapes always had this logo on it.

  • OMG, I remember watching those tapes when I was a little kid. :D

over 16 years since I have seen it and yet I sill remember a few of the songs from them.

  • I remember that practically all the Charlie Brown videos that I rented had this logo.

  • Always was on the VHS tapes of Pee Wee's Playhouse!!

  • Does your browser have a problem? That may be why the video won't play on your end...

  • I remember seeing this before and after a VHS Charlie Brown logo where he went to a dance.

(Unlike the Claster logo, I still havent outgrown my fear of it).

  • I like the generic 80's music in this logo, It's catchy and cute.

  • The music sounds like "Girls just wanta have fun!"

  • I used to be REALLY scared of this logo.

  • lol me too that scared me a long time ago between the ages of 2-3

  • I loved this logo.

  • I remember this on my old Ronald McDonald tape...

  • Forgot about this logo, thanx for posting.

  • i still have the videotape witht his logo, i rmember getting up at like 7:00 every saturday to watch TV or videos while my mom cooked breakfast, when I saw this logo hit the screen, I was wide awake and happy

  • Nopt loading for me either. I'd really appreciate the chance to see this logo sequence again, I want to try and transcribe that jingle.

  • There Is A Little Different Version Of The "Hi-Tops Video" Logo (W/O The Heron Communications, Inc. Byline) That Was Owned By Another Company (I Think It Was Either Sony Pictures Or Warner Bros. Entertainment) - The Screen Reads:

    Hi-Tops Video, A TimeWarner Company

    Or

Hi-Tops Video, A Sony Pictures Entertainment Company

  • Copyright Notice: (C)1987, 1988 Hi-Tops Video, A Division Of Heron Communications Thru BMG Video Distribution, A Unit Of Sony BMG Music Entertainment.

  • LOL - I remember this from my madballs vhs tape!

  • I saw this on a "Baby Songs" VHS.

  • I LOVED this logo when I was a kid-made we wanna get down and dance!

Then again, it could also be because I knew a Charlie Brown special was coming on shortly afterwards...

  • It sounds a bit like "Girls just wanna have fun" to me... Yeah, I have way too much imagination.

  • I remember this from the Madeline video... pretty tacky yet memorable bumper!

  • Teddy Ruxpin!

  • i soooooooooo remember this, 8:00 on a Saturday morning watching a random VHS, seeing this Ad, it brings back good memories

  • I thought I'd never see this again.

    Turns out, I was wrong.

  • Oh yeah, I just remember, it also played on Madballs and My Pet Monster(the movie).

  • I Own 1 Lady Lovelylocks VHS Tape Which Has The Logo Plastered On.

  • Ah yes, I remember this logo big time. The music sounds like it should introduce TV sports coverage.

  • It's way too hard to be scared of this logo! I love it!

  • I remember seeing this on an "Adventures of Ronald McDonald" tape from the 80's.

  • Oh jeez, this logo was on the MANY videos I used to watch as a kid. Pretty much of them are already mentioned. Charlie Brown specials, Baby Songs, etc.

  • This also played on those "Baby Songs" videos that I used to have. It scared me!

  • LOL!

  • The music on this one makes me wanna break out a do the Cabbage Patch! LOL

  • There is a Heron Communications byline in it. But it is supposed to be written A Heron Communications Company and not A Division of Heron Communications, Inc. Can you upload this logo with the following byline: A Heron Communications Company.

  • Definately 80s-riffic! How 80s is just the word "Hi-Tops"?! Then the music! Good times! I remember when this used to play before Popples and Teddy Ruxpin.

  • This was also on some early Charlie Brown videos like A Charlie Brown Christmas!

  • the video store I worked for up until 2 years ago had a copy with this logo on it (the Great Pumpkin also had it) - we also had "It's Flashbeagle, Charlie Brown" with the 2nd Media Home Entertainment logo on it. Ahhh, memories!

  • I had that copy of Flashbeagle, which was actually a "double feature" that also included She's a Good Skate, Charlie Brown.

  • I remember that, you're right the logo was on there.

  • The majority of Charlie Brown videos had this logo, both at the open and close. I have a bunch of Charlie Brown specials on tape, so I know.

  • @WhatsAYak I had that same copy once, but this was a Media Home Entertainment release. I had the same with "It's Magic"/"Charlie Brown's All-Stars", a "Great Pumpkin" triple feature including "What a Nightmare" and "It Was a Short Summer", and "It's the Easter Beagle, Charlie Brown".

  • The music for this makes me want to sing "Man in Motion (St. Elmo's Fire)" or "The Power of Love". :P

  • I could see someone running down a street pumping their fist in their with this blaring on an iPod!

  • LOL...never thought about that, but after listening again, it def has that mid-80s Huey Lewis-esque vibe to it!

  • 100% Rememberd this, was off my old videos Captain Power and Teddy Ruxpin videos!

  • Aw man, right off of the Pee-Wee's Playhouse videos! Awesome!

  • That's where I remember it from, too, along w/a kids' "edutainment" video called Home Alone (not to be confused w/the 1990 film or its sequels), which was hosted by Malcolm-Jamal Warner.

  • I used to hate this one. The 80's tune came out of nowhere, and the grey background--O____________O

  • Intresting logo. Never seen this one before.

  • I haven't seen this in years!

  • I want to view the Media Home Entertainment logo with new music. If someone have this logo, please add it!

  • I remember seeing this one on the Baby Songs videos.

  • Me too!
