iggi's second attack wasn't working because petshop is constantly airborne, he's normally a "top half" of a normal character - he's only a "bottom half" of a character (like iggi) when crouching.

i think that attack is the one where iggi humps/farts on their face as the background goes to static. charming.

I believe Iggy's 2nd special was supposed to grab the enemy's legs and attack them several times. I think the reason it didn't work was because Pet Shop had no legs to grab.
