I always hated this fight on medium because the foot clan bots threw projectiles. On hard, they blocked, but nothing manual dash attacking can't fix.

This was one of my favorite Super NES games! I alway's loved the Ninja Turtles and this game was truly awesome!

in the easy level you only throw the purple footclan ninjas who actually have no abilities, in the normal one there are the red ninjas (like in this vid) who throw this shuriken things at you. but on the difficulty hard you have to fight against ninjas (can't remember the colour) who block your punches excluded the finishers. try to throw them while there are about 3 others around you and while shredder trys to kill you. pretty challenging ;P

Those blockers can be dash attacked. It gets through their defense quite fine.
