@666satanicliam666 Nonsense, you fool! Ken is the best--hands down he is the best pressure fighter of the game. For Ryu you have strength, but you can't put flurries together as well as a descent Ken player can.

SF2= Ken has better rushdown, Ryu has better zoning and punishes, SF3= same deal but Ken has better hit confirms that put him wayyy ahead of Ryu and most of the cast except for Chun Li, SF4= again basic concept is on point, but Ryu has better FADC cancels into ultra that put him ahead but the two of them are much closer than in SF3.

@merkury313 In SF3 no one used Ryu because he didn't have the proper things to fight with, Ken was a favourite in that game. SF2 there were a lot more Ryu's because he was in top tier and a lot of people tried to be cool with Ryu but failed against Dhalsim players or Guile players. SF = completely different concept, Ryu still plays higher because SF4 is more projectile then rushing down, same with Super street fighter 4. Ken has better rush downs but Ryu was better when put in the corner
