ROCKY Thanksgiving Tradition 2009

Great tradition, Perry. I still have yet to see any Rocky film, and I really need to get on this and watch them all. These are one of the many popular movies that I haven't seen that I really want to see. I can't believe a whole year has passed since the last one. I remember you watching them on your laptop, and I think you had red wine mixed with Coke if I remember correctly.

ROCKY is a character who starts out as a struggling debt collector, boxer in the late 70's. Eventually he is chosen to spar against the world heavy weight champion in a set of unordinary circumstances and Rocky state he doesnt want to do anything else but 'go the distance' win or lose, he wants to prove to himself that he can do it.. and he does.

My favorite out of all the Rocky movies was Rocky III.

I believe that was the one with Hulk Hogan in it if i"m not mistaken.

Great tradition. Love the reflection of the Christmas tree in the television. Jurassic Park is the first movie you ever saw in a theatre. Damn, I feel old. The first movie I saw was Ice Station Zebra at a drive-in when I was five, back in 1968! I like the opening music in Rocky 2 when the ambulance is zig-zaging through traffic.

Rocky is a classic and I usually watch the Rocky films around Thanksgiving too.

What is your favourite sequel, if you have a favourite? Mine is Rocky 4. I really enjoy that one.
