@lorieTaylor ME too.. funny it is.. That's the acne solution I found in the site StopAcneToday.Info.. Yeah I also took this on an empty stomach before going to sleep didn't have an upset stomach or experience any sensitivity while taking the acne solution. Ive since finished the one month suggestion and don't know if my acne will come back.. And it proved me It really doesn't .:))

@charmc4st3r I'm sorry you didn't get what you were looking for, but if you have acne, stop eating junk food and eat a LOT of vegetables, I'm vegan and I've never had more than 2 pimples in my whole life and it's not genetic because my sister has severe acne but it's because she eats a lot of mexican food, burgers.. and other bad stuff, especially meat.. anyway it helped me because I dont have acne but I have some freakles and spots in the face and i didnt know how to cover them but this helped

So, how can you explain that whoever used it for years, since being 20yrs old, has an awful skin now at 30 yrs old and looks much older? My skin was soft and smooth as many friends of mine's and in 10 years they destroyed it using foundation everyday!My skin's still good!Even if you buy Guerlain or the best brand ever, an everyday application gives benefits in the short term only. It's better 2 use it when the skin's really awful, otherwise I can't see the point, except for special occasions!

U're right, the skin ph is different, but how can u explain that they started to cover the skin with foundation everyday since they were 16 and now the result is shit? Are they all 6 twins?! :-D Mine is a suggestion: precious tips are on all these videos, but everyday foundation in the long term make your skin worse. If it's not your case, lucky u!

Foundation doesn't destroy skin, environment and lifestyle do. If they spend time outdoors, this will damage their skin unless they wear sunscreen. If they don't drink enough water or eat enough fruit and veg, this will also damage their skin and make it look old and dull. If they don't exfoliate, this will make their skin dry, old and dull looking. If they smoke or drink alcohol, this will make their skin look shit. You cannot blame the way a person's skin looks on their makeup.

I couldn't have explained it better. I'd think that putting any kind of chemicals on one's face, day after day, is going to damage it in the long run. I, personally, can't stand wearing any type of foundation on my skin/face; it feels like my skin can't breathe & it's simply uncomfortable. So, as you stated, it's best to use it for "special" occasions or when the skin really needs it ... not every day/all day. Diet & healthy habits are the best foundations for healthy looking skin.
