@KoolDudester Being able to snipe, then go around a corner blasting 10 feet with an automatic AA-12 wasn't overpowered? Shooting a SPAS or Model 20 feet wasn't overpowered? Running around blasting Rangers 10 feet with an instakill wasn't overpowered? If it was a primary weapon, I'd be fine because it would be close range only. But being able to pull it out at will when running around with an SMG or assault rifle wasn't fair in the slightest. They were obviously better than pistol secondaries..

@TSBoguth I've gotten more nukes with akimbo 44 magnums than anything, never come close with any of the shotguns

@KoolDudester Not to disrespect the legitimacy of your nuke, but if you did it with magnums your opponent sucked. You could much easier kill someone actually good at the game with a shotgun than magnums.

Quite frankly, if a person tried to cowboy me I'd kill him 10x easier than a spas sniper.

@TSBoguth it was on terminal so range wasn't an issue, it was more about snapping to the target and reaction time, shotgun won't save you from either

@Dreyskar Game ending killstreaks are dumb. People get rewarded for camping. In MW2, in objective matches, whoever got more kills won. Not every match is deathmatch. A game like demolition is supposed to have team work to get to the bomb, plant, and defend it, or defend and diffuse it. People are meant to just go for kills. That was another problem with MW2.

All objective games in Black Ops actually focus on the objective. Thank God.

what is beta

@JESSEG775 I'm going to answer as if that's a serious comment. The beta can pretty much be summarized as a session used by game developers to find problems with the game before releasing it. The beta may be open, like for Halo Reach, where many people were able to play it, or closed, as with Black Ops, where only certain selected individuals get to play it, those with some relationship to Treyarch.

Pretty much, a bunch of testers play the game and give feedback on things to change and edit.

@Kidsownyou1 Nah, we haven't played it. But we certainly have seen hours worth of clips. We keep up to date, our information is reliable, at least at a speculative level.
