They didn't want him using cartridges in the movies, because they felt a teenager who could suddenly 'invent' spiderweb fluid wasn't practical, so they made the webbings a part of his power. In the comics, Spiderman has webshooters as well. He did at one time have organic webbing, but that's been removed since his deal with Mephisto. Get your facts right
