actually, the monkey vault and tic tac can both be used in parkour, the monkey vault only in certain cases. but tic tac's can be used where you cant jump high enough to get over something and there is no room for a wall run :P

The difference between Parkour and Freeruning is as you said, but Freerunning uses flips and lots of unnecessarry moves. Whereas Parkour is more focused on efficiency and speed
