En god konge elsker folket sitt og sitt land mer enn noe annet. En skikkelig konge viser følelser og omtenksomhet når landet og folket lider, og det gjør denne kongen her. Selv om han ikke lenger har den myndigheten som de gamle kongene hadde, så kommer han likevell frem å viser sin kjærlighet og omtenksomhet for sitt folk og land. Han trøster oss med at vi aldri må gi opp håpe på frihet, rettferdighet og demokrati.

Så for meg, er dette å være virkerlig en ekte konge! Thumbs up if you agree.

Jeg har ikke hørt mange av kongens taler, men personlig synes jeg dette ikke bare er den mest rørende men også den fineste talen han har holdt :) Vi kan være stolte av å ha en så fantastik konge, så får de som tydligvis ikke er enige bare ha det så godt. For de vet tydeligvis ikke hvordan det er å ha en så god konge som vi har, og da kan jeg ikke annet enn å synes synd på dem, for de vet ikke hva de går glipp av <3

@Gaskovichs He does have a job you know. His job is to repressent norway. Kinda like a president. But the difference from a president is, that a king can speak for the entire country. Because a king does not have any official political viewes. unlike a president who can only speak for those who have voted for him.

He dedicates his entire life to this job, and he is an stronghold through an entire lifetime. We in norway have chosen to have a king. And we are still doing VERY well.

You got it all wrong.

We dont work for the King, the King works for us. Unlike a politician that gets to hes position of power mainly by the backing of hes party and which he, regardless of claiming otherwise publicly, is the most loyal to. The King is payed for by every citizen and hes loyalty is purely to the people. Hes a super diplomat trained from the age of 0 to represent Norway. Everyone knows the King and only a none political figure can really unit a nation.

So yeah u guys have the best of everythng ;)

Tried the caption button and didnt get the subtitles in English...wouldn't work..anyways as much as i did n't understand Norwegian becuase i dont speak it, I thought the king did an awesome job addressing his people..You have to remember he hasn't been in the greatest of health in recent years..He even got upset up there as he was speaking...very humble, shows he's human and he cares....Right on Konge Harald...You're an awesome man...:)
