Well first of all he is speaking urdu for most of the time (which is perfectly clear) + his english is also 100 % understandable ! you might be from different country that's why having trouble with understanding accent ! Just watch the video again and again (including others as well) then after a while you will start to understand the accent.
Very informative lectures by VU. If you are interested to watch all VU lectures in order then pak-media, com may be the better option. Very easy to find and navigate among the lectures.
