Ty, If these potential buyers on realquest, also know how much a certain property will be going for since they have access to this site aswell, how will they give you a extra few grand, when they can cut you out, and buy the property directly?

Once you have a property under contract that resolves that issue, most investors just like deals regardless of where they come from and no one investor can buy all the houses in a market.....

Most investors dont know RealQuest exist and it doesn't matter if they do because it's so many ways to use it to make your business successful
