I am American, but love the original London cast. For me, it's right up there with the Original Broadway. This song, for some reason though, is a full beat slower than I'm used to hearing it - and that, plus the accents seem to give it a heavier, thicker feel to it (if that makes any sense). For some reason, I am completely in love with the Hanschen. I believe his name is Jamie Blackley. I don't know why, but I find him very intriguing. It probably has something to do with his awesome acting/movement and extreme good looks. Haha. :)

Having seen SA on Broadway, at the Lyric, & at the Novello- I definitely noticed the slower tempo for BOL @ the Lyric- and it did speed up -slightly- @ the Novello....maybe one of the guys (or girls!) from the London cast can comment here and tell us the reason for this mysterious tempo change! :)

At 2:22 poor Harry is singing all squashed up again.
2:32 This was before Jamie changed to "Crowed in those trousers".
