This is Blake Hicks from the Tron bike video, BurningMan bikes people have been doing for years. Got a good idea & great layout, its unfortunate that I have a competing company against this. Sounds like you have a lot of haters. That's typical when you have a good product and they need to be noticed. The idea is a good one, I have a similar idea I submitted to the patent office in 1998 for all of the same reasons, it's promotes safety and it looks good! I think all ages appreciate a product like this, especially in light of the gas prices (pun intended)! It also promotes good health, all pros and no cons!

You should not use those Light tubes with Lamps in them, and use something like FlyLites Light Tubes (Not especially theirs, but just google to you get an idea what i am talking about)

Very bright considering. The hardest part is stripping the wire and soldering. After that you just cut and solder the desired length and you have an easier better brighter and cheaper version of this. Want to see how to solder elwire just type elwire in the search field

I like the idea however you could have done better and bright had you use elwire I did this plus time brake cables for under $20 using pink elwire and some inverters. The light from an elwire has nearly a 15 to 20 projection range.
