実を言いますとボビーゴールズボロの歌は大ヒットした「ハニー」­あるいは「オータムオブマイライフ」以外ほとんど知らないのです­が、たまたま所有する60年代ポップスのコンピレーションCDの­中でこの曲を聴いたところいたく気に入ったので取り上げてみた次­第です。

ボビーの独特な声質と歌い回しのせいでしょうか、しみじみと心に­染みますね。
