@goodygoody23 I did watch the auditions, and I've spent a day of my life listening to Octavarium, so yes mate, I am. Dream Theater have released Albums that expanded my mind and took me on countless journeys, and then when Mike left they ruined it, they really did. I gave Mangini a chance, I'm a big Vai, Extreme and Zappa fan so I know his background. I say it because it's true. The new album isn't even a scratch on any of their others. A true DT fan isn't a blind sheep

@mudslide88 The new album is 10 steps past Octavarium (not the title track) and Systematic Chaos. I'd say the album is even better than Falling Into Infinity and When Dream and Day Unite, maybe even better than Train of Thought. It's up there with Images and Words. Only a blind sheep would say Octavarium, Systematic Chaos, and BCSL are stand out albums.
