Adoro Mallorca y Can Picafort! Estube trabajando de guia en 1984 y tengo muy buenos recuerdos de la isla y de sus habitantes! Tiene lugares idilicos que no mas conocen los habitantes de la isla!Nada a ver con los lugares superpoblados del

turismo!

I love Can' Picafort - Been there 3 years running, stayed at Santa Fe and Gran Playa hotels - both recommended.  Roll on September!!

Es un lindo lugar ..:D las playas son linpias....y es central ,esta serca de alcudia.. ;) y un consejo visiten el Faro de Cap Formentor es hermozo.... ...

During the day from a bus stop in Can pIcafort, you can catch a bus ride to Porto Polleca, the otherside of Alcudia .

About a 40 minute ride and you come into a large sweeping bay, a marina in the centre, cosomopolitan cafes and bars, some lovely fish restaurants, especially SINBADS, they do excellent fish soup ordered with a starter of bread and olives.

The beach is outstanding, calm water towards the centre of the bay, Apparently, the most scenic place on the island of majorca!.

can picafort is a lovely place for couples and families, with long flowing beaches and cafes bars and live music entertainment along the promenade.next to alcudia.

went 3 consecutive years, stayed at the hotel Santa Fe on the beach, it was simply lovely with a view of the sea every morning.

Further along, is Son Baulo, quiet lovely place about 25 mins walk away, they have a nice market each friday morning, athough you need to barter for a bargain.

I have been coming at Can Picafort and disco Skau for 15 years and I love it! I will go there again 14 aug, 09 :-D
