THANK YOU! Real close to my favorite rockin' Paul vocal. The drums are too cool. I am not complaining by any means but it cuts off at the end. Is that normal? Is it a hassle to reload? But, thanks sooo much for letting us hear this treasure.
I just mixed the mono mix and stereo right channel into one using audacity, Aside from the minor wow and flutter from the mono 45 (causing some minor sync issues) the mix is interesting. The stereo right has a lot of echo effects, But at 2:33 to 2:43 the mono side has the breathing very prominent. To keep all status quo, the end is synced up to the stereo ending which is 9 seconds longer than the mono. I'll post it soon, calling it the stereomonic mix
thanx mucho, I've been looking for a clean mix of this for years. The mono mix is very tight and yes I do hear the vocals more upfront. Stuff like the moaning heavy breathing is immaculate. I see that the stereo mix has a slightly annoying reverb on the drums too. Good job!!! It's slightly shorter in mono though, notably at the fade out
@capitolemiproducer My pleasure! I love this mix and am fortunate to have a super clean copy. The commonly bootleg transfer that's on the Beatles "Artifacts" set sounds pretty lousy.

2:31 starts to really kick in to hear the true difference between the stereo version of this track to this MONO MONSTER of a paramount vocal for McCartney. You can hear more breathing and the bass is in the front. This is the best McCartney vocal ever, up there with Old Siam and Beware My Love, but I'd have to sit my hat on this one (b-side to Another Day that also sounds a little differnent in Mono..).
