Novak has been very quick to respond to EVERY question or email i have sent. I changed my order mid stream and got quick response from them. I also was warned that they are very busy and wait time for the glove would be extensive. Sorry to hear otherwise from Y'all.....

It's so nice that this company can take the time to create videos about how to break in the glove. If only they took as much care in actually delivering the product. I have been waiting for 10+ weeks for a custom order which was supposed to be delivered within 6 wks. I cannot get an answer from the company. No returned phone calls. BUYER BEWARE!

@hodgesyvette I do not work with Novak and in no way affiliated with them. I only own two of their gloves. I did this video for other owners of NEW gloves and the way I broke them in.

@hodgesyvette It is unfortunate that John at Novak has dropped the ball big time time. If you belong to softballfans you will see I do not support Novak because of these problems they have been having.
