Finally someone who reviewed the brushes based on APPLICATION! I was so sick of everyone unpacking their kits and like "It has white bristles..." duh...I can see that! I wanna know how it works! . I recently started using stippling brushes because the paddle brush was giving me a hard time...now I know why,,,,there was indeed to much product and it was going past the half way point like you said. Ive been asking TONS of Guru's On youtube to PLEASE do a VID all about the art of BLENDING EYE MAKEUP.Differnt techniques, strokes, colors, swirls, etc etc. I think if somone can get the blending tecniques down, eyemakeup will be a breeze! Please consider it , and use ur fave brushes!.

I'm just got my sigma brushes and I think it was a wasting money they are not comparable with mac at all. The f50 is the worst make up brush that I ever own is not dense and applies the make up really badly.

did you first apply fondation with the 190 and just after that apply foundation over the first one with the 187 ???

Or did you try the 187 with no foundation on you?

I got my set some months ago. I love the brush roll, I think it's absolutely gorgeous, even better than some from Mac. About the brushes, they're good in general, although I'm dissapointed with SS150 because it losses its hair massively and with SS187 (now Duo Fiber) and SS168 (contouring) because I find the fibers too stiff and rough.

I've just got the Sigma 12 brushes set 2 days ago. Today, I used baby shampoo and warm water to wash them and little to no shed, but so.... SAD!!!!! The black black dye color came out so much from the SS150 and SS187. Is it normal? I'm so scared because this is my first brush set ever. Please advice!!!

I waited 6 weeks....so pleased I finally have them. They are great..they smell a bit funky despite washing but hoping the second wash will sort that out. The quality reallly is outstanding. I have a spare set I am going to sell on ebay.

hey enkore, well im not sure if you have the save problem. I bought the mac 109 brush about 3 months ago and let me tell you it sheds like crazy. After washing it a numerous amount of times, it gives off like a black residue and it still sheds, What should i do? I'm afraid that mac wont replace it because i've had it for awhile... =(

my stippling brush from coastal scents applies foundation like this one days on the SECOND day after it's DIRTY... even when my brush is CLEAN... the foundation dots are bigger and more spread out.. am i doing something wrong?

not really the coastalscents brush is not as dense as the mac 187

Thank you so much for including that little tip midway of your foundation application. I never knew that I had to keep my foundation only on the tip of the brush.

It made such a big difference when I made sure that the product didn't reach more than half-way of the brush during application.

oh no - dont pull hard, just tug a little. On the good side of things at least you would know which ones to really glue good so you wont have any breakage in the future - I do that on mine

yes I have used them a couple times already on professional gigs, and they did not shed at all, embrassingly, my MAC 109 shed a bit I was almost embarassed to my client trying to pick hairs off her face. She asked me to not use the MAC brushes on her. wow
