In my opinion bloodvelds in mulit combat. They are like tissue paper and give crazy exp. However if you can't finish all the quests to do, black demons are good training spots since they have good charms drops.

Unfortunatly avansies are not great and constant range exp (because noobs try to steal your kills). Although there good money, I wouldn't reconmend it to 99. Something like bloodvelds are faster exp.

unfortunately I didn't accually kill ea monsters for 1hr to get an estimate on how much exp it is. However I know for a fact that theses are the best spots to get 99 range.
