I don't see the any issue at all, sure there several phrases used in this speech that obama used BUT to use this as a negative against him is splitting hairs.

Speeches are more than just words they convey the passion and the intensity of the speaker and although the person in this video is a good public speaker, Obama is in a whole other league.

All of the candidates in this race copied obama anyway with the whole change theme, its that they just can't copy him.

Compare the whole quotes. The only thing they have in common is repeating some of the greatest lines of American oratory, followed by, "Just words," as a way of paraphrasing identical complaints from opponents. That's no more plagiarism than using, "Yes we can." I'm sure Deval Patrick has no problem with Obama using this construction; in fact, he probably suggested it to Obama.
