@fanboyitachi , She uses 2 programs: Paint tool SAI to do most of the work, and photoshop to touch it up. Good thing SAI is free. Photoshop is fairly hard to find to be cracked and free.
I think only paint tool sai can rotate, not really photoshop. But that'd be super helpful if photoshop can rotate like that...
when creating a manga page and toning it in photoshop how do you get thoes effects like the dots and stuff, and second, how do you rotate the screen in photoshop:L hope you can answer thease:L
