I did this back in 2005 with windows media center and the tuner card I had which had a coaxial input on it. The quality was really blurry due to converting it to a a smaller more manageble file type. If i wouldve kept it in its original form it was about 1. 2 gigs for a half hour show. Great picture quality but way too big.
