Dang are other schools Pre-Meet Rituals like this? On my team before we are at all duals or at a tournament we always take center mat and usually break out in a fake gang fight. "Munchkins Vs. Monsters" as we call it. Munchkins being 103-140, and Monsters being 145- HWT. Anybody elses like this?

i like where everyone on my team met in the circle at mat center after drilling with a partner during warmups before the match and the team leaders would enthuse everyone with a speech - loved that & will always be a great memory of mine

i dont know what those runes on the movie are called, but my wrestling team does those when we do the 6 minute drill

i find that funny, because in wrestling we call these (from this scene) "indian runs," but i also play soccer and during pre-season conditioning we call the single file thing you described "indian runs"
