He is the best puck handler I have ever seen, and I have been watching this game for 35+ years.. Jagr in his prime might have been close, but he wasn't as imaginative as Datsyuk. Ovechkin is all power, nowhere near the finesse of Datsyuk.

Dangler, yes... He's a decent sniper, but when you talk snipers you talk Ovechkin, Heatley, Hossa, Kovalchuk, Iginla.. Datsyuk doesn't fit the "sniper" criteria, but he does hold a pretty wicked wrist shot.
This is my favorite Datsyuk highlight reel on youtube. All the moves are sick! But I have never seen #2 before! and I have seen a majority of the Datsyuk videos on YT. Where did you find that goal? @slingshot2427 Pavel is not the best player in the league. he IS however the best puck handler in the league by a longshot. He is the best puck handler I have ever seen, and I have been watching this game for 35+ years.. Jagr in his prime might have been close, but he wasn't as imaginative as Datsyuk. Ovechkin is all power, nowhere near the finesse of Datsyuk.

datsyuk is honestly my favorite player of all time. best dangler/sniper in the nhl right now, probably ever. just a few days ago, game 5 after being out for two and a half weeks he has a three point game and leads the wings to a 5-0 game

Dangler, yes... He's a decent sniper, but when you talk snipers you talk Ovechkin, Heatley, Hossa, Kovalchuk, Iginla.. Datsyuk doesn't fit the "sniper" criteria, but he does hold a pretty wicked wrist shot.

This is my favorite Datsyuk highlight reel on youtube. All the moves are sick! But I have never seen #2 before! and I have seen a majority of the Datsyuk videos on YT. Where did you find that goal? I dropped my jaw when I saw that, that was his 2nd season and he just blew past Pronger in his prime. AMAZING!

Hey gdavies4, I am 28 and a native of Detroit and i have lived here for all but 3 anda half years and for one I love sports and have always liked The Red Wings and I watch EVERY game and I go to 3-5 games a year and you have to understand that Datsyuk is one of the cenral leaders of this amazing team. Datsyuk is probably the best and fastest skater in Hockey and he's a central/motivating player as well. Also to the creator of this video, how aesome can it get? Thanks my friend.

Datsyuks shots are not hard but he has good dekes and a very good sniper, but kolvalchuk is a better sniper and has very powerful wristshots, oh yeah datsyuks a better stickhandler too...
