I've come to realize the only way, in my opinion, if you want to really find God, is to follow Jesus' teachings.The Golden rule of Christianity is the only way. Love and respect Gods' creation, love and forgive your neighbour as yourself and do what your conscience tells you is right.You are internally 'wired-up' to live your life with love and doing what is right. When you don't, you blow a fuse. Your mind/body knows the correct 'way'. I believe Jesus was the perfect example of it.

it's not necessarily just about 'activating' the 3rd eye - there are many reasons to work with it /balance it - intuition & psychic awareness on one level but also about being aware of how our thoughts & mind energy have great impact on our lives -on mental, physical & spiritual levels. I'd get clear as to what you'd like to work with -either to bring greater calm/ clarity or maybe to increase psychic ability or use your visualising ability to create more of the things you want in your life
Whats the point of activating the third eye? Mine activates everyday, forhead pressure usually pleasant tingling electric buzz... the energetic sensation can vary and sometimes reaches into my head. Anyway what is its purpose, can i do something with this should i just enjoy it?
@OneMove33 when i was little in school, my different teachers used to pass behind me when checking our work in classes and nearly everytime they did, the centre of my forehead, in between my eyebrows, used to verryy slightly buzz and i'd feel kinda sleepy (like that feeling you get when someone plays with your hair) and i had no idea what that was :s any ideas?
@PandaBoo92 Obviously you think it was your third eye and sounds like it was ^_^ mine seems to activate most strongly when im trying to sleep or relaxing...then again its also been strong when im cycling or dancing. Maybe if you focus on that area and just feel and become more aware of the sensation it will grow, energy might build, im no expert even though ive had some pretty intense experiences but thanks for sharing : ) ... wish someone would play with my hair : P
