My 18-month old also is suffering from sleep apnea. We are going in for surgery soon. I have to say, I am terrified of her going into surgery, but reading the testimonies of so many other parents who have come through the procedure helps a lot. I can't wait for the day I can stop laying awake at night listening to her struggle to breathe.
awwwww... What a sweetie!!! My son is getting this done in Jan and I CANNOT wait! He's 7 and I've been fighting this to get done all his life. He's always "snored like a truck driver". I've been to 2 ENT's and they are so causious now they dont want to over perform these surgeries. Finally I found one that said (after showing her video I took that looked exactly like yours) "no way, he's getting them out ASAP"
you poor little bugger.. my daughter sound the same as this and she is getting her tonsils removed in 8 weeks.. i can't wait for her to have better quality of sleep..:)
you are great parents.. you have given your boy a better life.. be sure.. i understand how hard the decision must have been,.. my husband a grown up and i have been struggling with making it for over a year now..
your baby looks so peaceful now,.. god bless him for you,
@Rreynaertt I know of 2 little girls who's names are Elliot, so it may not have been as obvious as one thinks. Both sexes are named all kinds of names these days. Just saying.... :)
My daughter had an adenoidectomy 6 weeks ago (as well as grommets) and her night breathing is Sooo improved, i totally see where you're coming from, she was so quiet after surgery I had 2 poke her 2 make sure she was still breathing she was that quiet. you keep taking good care of your beautiful boy :)
