on the cup it depends how thick you mix it, but prometh vc w cod syrup has 10 mg cod and 6.25 mg prometh per teaspoon. tussionex has 10 mg hydrocodone (stronger) and whatever else in it that doesn't matter per teaspoon. then i have seen syrups like hydromet and hycotuss that got 5mg hydrocodone a teaspoon.

2 liter-=67.6 oz
67.6 oz = 2028 ml apprx.
6 oz syrup=180ml syrup apprx
10 mg/5ml = 360mg/60z
360mg = 42.61 mg
2028ml total 240 ml serving
So if the "hydrocodone syrup" has 10mg/teaspoon, then each 8oz serving(standard glass size), has about 43 mg of hydrocodone.
simple math! that is not very good for you either.
