Getting nervous before matches is surely a good thing if you make it so. If you can use it right, you can maximise concentration and performance levels
Good luck with refereeing, im only a level 9 still just done my first game today, an under 11s for tandridge league, and i ran the line today also in a adults charity game! loved it! keep enjoying it :)
Good video mate although i am a rugby league referee. Do you think football should have the sin-bin as in rugby league? Some of those confrontations, I have seen happen in football and i think it is bad. Here's one for you, when a player is moaning and having a go the best thing to do is put your finger to your lips like you do a kid, they soon get the picture!
