  • I've done this job before and I must say. Damn good job man. BRAVO!

  • hi george from diesel wax werx in canada Ive been polishing big rig aluminum for 20 years and I think your work is amazing dont listen to the haters out there I get my fair share of haters to it boils down to jeiousy keep on buffing contact me at sales@dieselwax.ca

  • mate dont even bother allowing comments on the video, too many dimwits with no respect

  • good stuff to show people that the big tools are not always needed just to clean up a scratch.

  • i like your work mate shiney bits are cool

  • check out truckwheelpolisher c o m

  • Ofcourse im missing the point....

there isnt one, this is a 1 min section of a 2 hour DVD...

this is also just one of the millions of pointless videos put on youtube everyday.

  • Seeing as your from Brisbane..

you woulda seen plenty of ECB bars around the bars look like absolute shit after build, full of scratches, dents and ugly ass wields. As for tools, after TJM shut-down we have heaps of new toys :P

That 9in grinder you use there with the buff, we had one of those but once again air tools well and truely outdo them for speed

usualy we'd Grind weilds and other crap, Sand 240/dry then 240/wet then 400/wet, cut/buff, barrel, with lots of green, thats mirror finish.

  • Your still missing the point.

  • That is crap....

    try a bullbar from raw.

BTW with the tools your useing that will take forever

  • Again, someone that doesn't realise it's just a small grab from the full lenght DVD, is it really that hard to work out??? As for the tools being used, I'm trying to show that it's possible to do the job with a minimal amount of tools. In regards to a "raw bullbar" thats baby shit work! try one thats been on a truck for 15 yrs, never seen a polish then been sand plasted!

  • im confused.how can you say its mirror finished.its covered in scratches,

look at my vid,i polished a very old spark plug cover and thats mirror finshed.

i wouldnt say yours is mirror finished

  • Of course your confused, your watching a 1min grab from a 2hr DYI DVD. Is the job finished??? Did you buy the DVD??? How long did you take to polish the rocker cover or is it chrome?

  • this is great, it was really helpful just as a starter! can't wait for the dvd :D:D

  • Excellent! At last someone is actually sanding and polishing something old and used, and not just wiping a bit of polish on something new. Can't wait for the DVD to be released.
