@busog97641 You do not have to have both hands on the wheel to control a car. I used to do rally's and I always had one hand on the wheel and one hand on the stick shift. It is nearly impossible to make on the dime corrections with both hands.

Also, a rally and driving in the road are two different things. You, would need a hand on the shifter to be able to shift, but normally one does not need to shift in normal highway driving, which it looks like what is happening in this video.
