All my equipment is listened in the description, but ill tell you anyways.

A Jackson Warrior WRMG (Tuned to Drop C) a Line 6 Spider 3 120 Watt on the "Red" Metal channel, Gains at about 3'o clock, Trebles up all the way, Mids are beetween 10-11'o clock, and bass between 2-3 o'clock. Then a Kerry King 10-Band EQ (Won't go in to detail about that to much, but Bass and Treble are boosted and are dropped a little at the edges and the gains slightly boosted about 6dB and the volume is cut down 12dB.

Oh yeah and as far as a camera its a Fujifilm E900 9.0 Megapixle camera (Don't think you can buy them new any more). It shoots REALLY dark videos like this cause i had about 4 lights on in my room aiming directly at me, blinds wide open, and this is what it came out like. But it is still a pretty nice camera i got for free from my friend.
