  • were finna sing this omg im so excited!!! lol i loooovvve the ending! it sounds like somthin to dance to lol

  • My school's choir has sung that song 5 years straight at every concert, every orchestra member mouths along the words to it while we wait for our turn to play. So every time I have my friends over I play this song and they all start shouting at me... lol.

  • like 1:50 ish i love the one chick's really high singing... sing those random notes sister...ah ah AH!!!

  • They need to hit the low note

  • a great job. my only problem is that there was a lack of emotion in this. the intensity of the song is what makes it so amazing

  • kickflipkb does it go

Thunder and Lightin oh so very frighting

yes there was thunder and lighting stickin all around

  • Good effort. A little clinical for my likings--lacked an real feeling, I think.

  • this is really amazing i actually had a concert last nite with my high school choir and we sang this song i love the part where it sounds like sirens almost our arrangement didnt have that i really love this great job!

  • u need more men unlike my choir we have 43

    19 tenors

    20 bass

  • Wow that's a lot. My schools concert choir has somewhere around 20 out of a total of 70.

  • @357849414 doesn't 19 + 20 = 39? Just wondering ...

  • I love the Jeffery Ames arrangement! It's so jazzy!

  • this is the moses hogan arr. i believe, we sang this piece in october exact same one. great tenor section though.

  • Good thing there isn't a piano part :)

  • D'oh! I'm sorry!

You did a very wonderful job. Your choir sounds beautiful and did justice to this piece. ^^

  • I don't understand, every video of this song on here is a different version than what my choir did last year? If anyone knows the different versions and their composers, could someone tell me? I've no way to contact my chorus director during the summer. :/

  • I love singing this song at green way high school.

  • there is someone sticking out in the alto section.

our school is doing this piece with 18 people!

  • Nice accent by the women at 0:49

  • LOVED the last chord! What is a choir without the tenor section!?

  • So far i seen dat white choir schools sing dis better than a black school choir.. (no racist)

  • There was a college choir group that my choir and I went to go see today....and this was their closing song. Oh, it was great. :D

  • they forgot the forte piano and then crescendo at the end.

I love the tenor part in this song.

  • my choir is singing this... and i LOVE the chords in it!

also really like the tempo dropped back a little. but really really amazing.

  • The women overpower the men.

I'm doing this arrangement in Chambers with only 26 people.

  • FINALLY a choir that doesn't run away with this piece. I like it a little slower, less rushed.

  • my chorus teacher was in this group!!

  • "The battle is [sic] in my hand..." :(

  • Love your version of this, just wish the tempo was knocked up a bit.

  • i so love this song

  • My Middle school choir was awarded a Silver Award for this song.

    :)

  • This choir was AMAZING... brought back memories from high school when we sang this and were awarded a 'Gold with Distinction'- the highest possible award. Such a fun song, and gives you the chills when it's performed the way it should be.

    Oh, and the soloist... beautiful!

  • We sang this a Benedict College in Columbia, SC I love this song

  • this is amazing it sent shivers down my spine it was so in tune.

  • thank you! We enjoy singing this one. I'll be sure to tell the others that you enjoyed it!

  • What choir is this? It looks so much like Springfield High's Concert Chorale... is it them, or someone else?

  • This is the Oklahoma Christian University Chorale-located in Oklahoma City.

    Hope you enjoyed.

    Lynn

  • Waitaminnit — they're in Oklahoma, and they call themselves the "O. *C.* Chorale!?" What, was "O. *K.* Chorale" taken?

(Why, yes, yes it is, by the "O.K. Chorale" Barbershop Chorus from Oklahoma City!)

  • This brought back memories. I performed it once with my choir and all the other choirs in the school district and there were over 200 people singing it. Only performed it once, but I'll never forget it, and I'm sad there wasn't a recording of it.

  • Glad you enjoyed it!
