  • If you can change a spark plug and do simple math to mix the gas (if it's not oil injected) these old 2 strokes go forever, my dad's still running his 1975 Johnson, starts, runs, trolls prefect still.

  • i have a 90 hp and i get a bigger rooster tail than tht

  • @LBKproduction I have 800 hp in my Formula and I hardly get a rooster tail. My boat doesn't like alot of trim. It all depends on how high you can trim. And then if you go to high you lose efficiency and are just spraying water around like an idiot for no reason!

  • A rooster tail is nothing but for show. Like the guys said, you're trimmed out too much and at risk of overheating the motor. Trim it right and you'll get 5 more mph.

  • rooster tails mean the motor is trimmed up too high and it's not good for the power head at all

  • Dude thats a small rooster tail compared to my 22 foot Ranger with a 300hp Yamaha on it, it must go twenty feet in the air.

  • I love Revinrude's !!!!!!

  • e not r

  • (Revinrude) I've seen people (W/ racing boats) put an R before Evinrude therfore when you look at the engine cover i't say's (Revinrude). Just to make it sound bad ass! Get it !!!!!! By the way I have a 16 foot Cobia w/ a 140 Evinrude hauls ass!!

  • im wondering why the cowl says 112 hp i didnt know evinrude made 112 hp also could i get a rooster with a 9.9 hp

  • Nice motor

  • Looks like you have her trimmed out too high.

  • is that a new engine case on it. If is, where did u get it/.

  • i got a 1982 115 johnnyrude, and these motors are awsome,, run great forever

  • Shave the heads and drill out the exhaust in the mid section and you can pick up about 3-4 mph.

  • Nice!!!

  • i agree with you it strats on a dime any time and never been serviced and its a 95

  • i hope you've dropped your gearhouse a few times to check the impeller. if not you're probably gonna have a real pain in the ass when it wears out

  • @penskefan12 Never been serviced?!?!?! Cribbens!

  • I got one of those motors they run so smooth. One of the best motors evinrude ever made.
