Utterly beautiful. I have every bit as much respect for Caleb as I do the Doomguy. In a way, you could say they are the same person at the end of the day, same thing could be said of the doom guy and Duke Nukem. Caleb may seem evil, but, by the twisted design of God himself his mission becomes to destroy it. Of course that doesn't mean he can't enjoy a little useless killing on the side. "HAHHHH!! THERE'S NO PLACE LIKE HOME!"
@10samm10 I love Doom and Blood they are both amazing games and classic in their own right....Doom being the originator of FPS intensity....but I can agree with you Blood is awesome in it's story and presentation....to me it is on the same level as Duke3d....all 3 are amazing classic games
I challenge Monolith to do Blood 3. Bring it back to its negative dark atmosphere, make it gruesome and gory(no stupid easy gibs), make it sometime in the 30's-40's(during the war would be cool), give us awesome obscure weapons aswell as those of the time, give it smooth controls and a long campaign with no multiplater, give us Cabal collecting and raising ancient darkness, other dark groups, and bring back that Badass Caleb with Stephan Weyte as Caleb. It could be done and it could be amazing
@10samm10 well because nowadays when developers make a game that is campaign based and then add multiplayer, the Multiplayer usually isn't very good and takes away space they could have used on making the campaign amazing. Id rather have monolith focus on a good campaign with an amazing story and gameplay. But if they could pull of MP without taking away from the game then im all for it
@Yggi11 The name of that track was Infuscomus (also called CBLOOD7). Easily the best one on the whole disk. The MIDI version was actually better, IMO, since it didn't have the children's voices marring it.
I think this song was wasted on the last boss level. It should have been in the title screen menu when you start up the game, with the sounds from the demo playing in the background muted.
A pleasure to see fellow Bloodites sharing in the plendour of Blood, yet I have always been baffled and frustrated as to why no one has uploaded it's MIDI counterpart OST. Which I prefer in my eye, being a subjective opinion of my own, finding the MIDI to be more haunting and ghoulish. Time for self-initiative perhaps.

@williamcutting1 Awesome song and thanks for the translation, Williamcutting1. We should all find some robes and torches, get together, and chant this song while we sacrifice the People of Israel to the Devil.
Nah. I would rather die to the alt fire on the napalm launcher. Blood is a fuckin' amazing game, it's by far my favorite game from the 90's. Only problem I have now is I have to run it in DosBox, which uses a shit ton of my CPU and my 6800 ultra card isn't that great for running it. Sometimes I get down to 3 frames per second but this game is still fun. Blood > Call of Duty.
@ogopolo I know man, I fucking love Blood. Only problem I have is I run it through shitty ass DosBOX and some parts of the game get down to like 5 frames per second, makes it unplayable unless I have cheats on, and forget playing on extra crispy with DosBOX, it's fucked.
@ogopolo Yup. I think it's like that for everyone that doesn't have a Core 2 Duo. I was thinking of just buying an old Dos machine, an epic beast with a Pentium 3, to play Blood, but the cheapest one I could find was like 100 bucks and there's no way in hell I'd be able to find the service packs for Windows 98/ME.
Well knowing the lyrics of a chant/praying/ritual/etc song like this greavly removes the mystery feel around it. :P Foregin language is a big key in mystery.
What levels does this play on?

About the song Unholy Voices, someone once said that song defines Calebs entire journey. I personally feel this song does so better.

@HeyYoKillEmo It beats Doom in so many ways. Better level design, better atmosphere, better gameplay, better story, better overall design.

Blessed be the Order of heavenly Blood
Curse the enemies of Chaos
Make this dark world exist
We pray in ecstasy to achieve wisdom
Our spirits become the living dead
Foreigners we were, filled with bloodthirsty hate
Believers we are, filled with bloodhungry hate
Be enlightened by the heavenly Blood, Be filled by the heavenly Blood,
Massacre our enemies, Curse their homes

If they're worshiping Chernobog, they should chant in Old Church Slavonic or Proto-Slavic or... something. Not Latin :P
